About Parkwood National Historic Site

Parkwood pairs the McLaughlin family home with eleven acres of gardens. The guided Auto Baron tour focuses on the main floor; other tours open different parts of the estate on selected dates.

The grounds have grass, gravel, flagstone and paved paths. Limited complimentary parking is available for guests, and advance tour booking is recommended. The October notice currently lists Wednesday–Sunday opening from 1–5 p.m., with garden-only access on Monday and Tuesday afternoons.
